I think we could benefit from displaying the rules in other languages than english.
There are alot of russian players that i belive struggle with english.

Both of those players are not admins here, they are not even simple members. This is a bug than can happen with !notice sometimes. It usually occurs when a player labeled as "guest" tries to !notice one that is labeled as "user". For B3, a user has "1" clearance, while a guest has "0". That is why one "cannot notice admins" as you say.
 
In any case, I think we can consider this a misunderstanding. Thank you for taking your time to post this, player reports play a significant role in nN as I'm sure you know. The next time you wish to report someone, it would be better if you post it here. :)
 
May I also suggest to not jump to conclusions like that? I can assure you, noName staff is full of professional admins who would never show this kind of behavior.

PS; The chatlogs of that Poka guy are awful. Using 333fps as well which is against our rules. I gave the player a 7 day ban. Let's see if he/she learns.

In case you can see the server but cannot connect, please check whether your name matches any of the following:
*narod.ru *snipers.ru *ato teki9 It may happen after you download a specific config or client. The * means a wildcard, so anything before the part is also a match.
The reason these nicknames cannot connect is because we do not want any advertising on our server. The fix is simple: change your name.
 
 
 
 

That looks like regular wallbangs to me, I see no  tracing or stuff like that. Red or H as some know him by is just wallbanging, he does the same thing on killhouse.

Suspicions are not proofs and it's what is lacking in this video where i see only lucky wallbangs and spawn positions shots.

Let me see I couldnt find you under 'Seek Person' or with that GUID. However I found your IP adres, linked to a ban given by Puddingsbane back in february for indeed Wallhack.
We are not required to save proof for that long (only for 1 month), so there is a very big chance Puddingsbane does not have this proof anymore, in which case the ban stands as it is.

I believe I once made a topic about this. Leave ban appeals for HA's and RA's or for the server admin that is required to  show his proof. Thank you.

Normally after ban appeal we provide proof if you have been banned within 1 month, but your ban was several months ago
 
Plus, you admit on using hacks
 
We don't unban cheaters. Furthermore, you used hacks after applying to join our community and knew already how things work here
 
P.S. Please, no discussions in ban appeal. Only admins who can help to solve it, should participate, thanks for understanding

We have made some small changes in the new QBFP version v2.2.0:
B3 changed to automatically authorise you with the new script (previously !qauth). The qauth command is now removed. (See here: http://noname.zone/index.php/topic/9484-cod4-18-qbfp-v210/) High XP servers : Crash TDM and All Maps server. These servers will give you 100x normal XP. High XP changes will be effective on next server restart, which is pending. Commands from QBFP v2.10+ are now available on all servers (in case they weren't).
Furthermore, there appears to be an issue with Luna2 server. We are looking into it.
 
As always, we will continue to improve your experience on our servers.
