Yo boys,
recently a big cup took place in the promod community which was called Nations Cup. Every Nation was represented by their 5 best players (A nation could be represented by more than 1 teams if players e.g France team #1 and team #2). Believe me this is cod4 on the highest level you will ever watch or play. 
 
42 teams took part from nations all over the Europe which is amazing considering its 2020! Old legends of the game like Stevy , Qlimaxzu , phantasy and ono made their comeback to participate in this cup after so many years. 
Teams were divided in 8 groups and then the 3 top teams  from each group advance to the playoffs then quarter , semi and grand final.
Every player had to record his gameplay and there was also used an anticheat for the cup to ensure everything is gonna run smooth.
I was playing myself at the 2nd Greek Team. We sadly lost in quarter finals but we are happy with the result.
Finals standings:
1st place : Team Greece #1 (nobody excpected this outcome, huge effort from these oldschool players winning the cup w/o losing a single map- simply amazing)
2nd place: Team Poland #2
3rd place: Team Sweden #1 
After the cup was over 2 top cod4 moviemakers decided to collect some of the best frags ad create 2 astonishing Fragmovies, here you go:

I'm sure many of you are already familiar with the tactics and even some of you had better tactics for killing the campers that I'm going to talk about. Anyway, I'm free atm and got in mind to share something with you guys, i'm a terrible player btw

Please check the spots in the provided maps in the right part of each image(if you fail to recognize the spots). Please note that sometimes you'll not see the camper directly but your bullets def. will ;)

let me introduce Avorion.
It's a space exploration game in early access state. You have all freedom in a huge universe and can play all roles you like: Trader, Miner, Hunter, Pirate, Explorer. Build space stations, large fleets, mines, factories, design your own ships (or download one from workshop) and fight bosses to rule over the universe. The game itself feels a bit like Freelancer but not that story intense, yet. It supports mods and dedicated server. The developers do good work with this game and it is already a gem in this genre. Feel free to try it. It's worth it in my opinion. For my part i would like to see our own universe one day.
 

 
 
"Several hundred years ago, a cataclysmic catastrophe nearly ripped your galaxy apart - an insurmountable ring of torn hyperspace fabric appeared in the center of the galaxy, which normal hyperspace engines can’t overcome.

Since this event nobody has managed to get near the central regions of the galaxy. All you know is that this event also spawned multiple insurmountable hyperspace rifts throughout the entire galaxy, and that a strange race of aliens, the Xsotan, has appeared in the center. It looks like these aliens have found a way to surpass the torn hyperspace fabric, but so far nobody has managed to establish contact with them.

There are also rumors about a strange new metal called ‘Avorion’, which has appeared in the center of the galaxy, around the same time as the Xsotan arrived. Apparently the aliens use this material to build their ships.

Start out as a nobody at the edge of the galaxy and work your way to the center of a galaxy that gets more dangerous, but also more rewarding the closer you get to its core. Avorion takes sandbox aspects from games like X or Freelancer, throws in co-op multiplayer and lets you build your own ships. It features ships made of freely scalable blocks that can be procedurally generated and that break into pieces where they're hit in space fights.
 
 
Combat
Equip your ship with chainguns, lasers and other weaponry to take on your enemies and enjoy the sight of completely destructible ships breaking at the exact points where you hit them. Defend your allies from pirates, hunt down enemies for coin or even participate in wars between entire factions. Build hangars and command squads of fighters in your battles or destroy enemy freighters to steal their cargo.
 
 
Explore
Fly through beautiful nebulas and dense asteroid fields in search of hidden treasures and meet the many factions that populate and control their portion of the galaxy. Each faction has its own characteristics, such as peaceful, intelligent or aggressive, and has its own ship styles, meaning their ships and stations have a distinct look.

Explore the galaxy at your own pace to find valuable goods in old ship wreckages, undiscovered asteroid fields rich of resources, unchartered asteroids which you can claim for yourself, or clues as to what happened during the event a few hundred years back.
 
 
Build you fleet
There are no limits to ship size or complexity besides your resources. You're not bound to the standard voxel style and while building an awesome ship in Avorion you won't get lost in lots and lots of micro-management. You can focus on building a great looking ship, without having too much trouble to make it work. But make sure you still keep an eye on your ship’s maneuverability and energy requirements. Adjust your ships perfectly to their operational purpose by building light and agile or heavily armored ships.

Build specialized transport ships with lots of cargo space or heavily armored battleships with strong shields. Collect loot from defeated foes which you can use to upgrade your ship: New turrets, resources, trading goods or system upgrades. Install system upgrades that allow more weapons, ease asteroid mining or trading systems which detect trading routes over multiple sectors.

And why build only one ship? Hire captains to fly your ships for you, manage your crews, weapons, hangars and fighters and build your own fleet of space ships!
 
 
Trade
Extend your ship with a cargo bay, find profitable deals and haul over a hundred trading goods through the galaxy to make a profit and buy your way up the food chain: Build up a trading corporation and extend your influence in the galaxy by founding asteroid mines and factories that attract NPC traders who will buy and sell their goods at your establishments.
 
 
Co-op Multiplayer
You don't have to fight the galaxy alone! Avorion features co-op multiplayer, so team up with your friends to build stations together and destroy pirates and enemy factions! Work together to extend your influence in the galaxy and build your own empire. Or, you know, blow them apart in large PvP battles. It's a sandbox, you can do whatever you want.

In Avorion you choose your personal playstyle. Haul cargo, find profitable trading routes and found factories. Or maybe you're sick of being the good guy? Build your own battleship, equip it with powerful weaponry and blow away your enemies. Be the aggressor that starts wars with entire factions, raid freighters, smuggle illegal goods and scavenge old wreckages. Find your way to the center of a galaxy that gets more hostile, but also more rewarding the closer you get to its core."

Since my card is currently in return (long story, but not my fault), I will write a small review about my experience with this new NVIDIA card.

The RTX 2070 is near the top tier of RTX NVIDIA cards (2080 Ti being the latest). This card is perfect if you want to try the latest technologies such as ray tracing and gaming in QHD+ or 4k.
This card can run pretty much any game on highest setting achieving 100 fps+ easily on QHD+. It's also able to run some games fluently on 4k. One of the things that
should be noticed immediately as I switched from AMD, is the great panel of NVIDIA Experience. It encompasses all the functionality you require into one useful app: driver updates, instant replay, etc.

In contrary to AMD panel, there is only one page with settings. The panel also allows you to optimize your game settings suited to your video card. I didn't really use this feature, as sometimes it would put the resolution to 4k which makes the UI in most games really small. Regarding Ray Tracing, it's still a very 'new' technology and some games implement it well, such as Metro Exodus and CoD MW 2019. Some other games, the performance takes a big hit (2080+ required).
The cards are advertised as RTX-capable but you should really read it as 'RTX-ready', as not all games will be run in full glory with RTX enabled.
The greatest feature for me is Shadow Play. While you are playing, it keeps track of maximum 30 minutes of gameplay, which you can save instantly. It's also possible to stream immediately to YouTube or Twitch from ingame. The perform hit seems very minimal (maybe 3-10 fps).
 
Well, that's about all I have to say of this card for now, sadly only had it for 2 months before I encountered some problem.
