Hello everyone
I created a simple tool, which changes cod4 language. The Pack contains: english, french, german(unavailable atm), italian, polish, russian, spanish and chinese.

How to use it?:
Extract LanguagePack folder to CoD4 root directory Launch install.bat  (inside LanguagePack) Type language you want to change Done You can change the language infinitely many times.
If you want to restore your original files simple launch uninstall.bat
 
I will create better installer in the future. I don't have time to do it at the moment :/

VIP section where you can unlock stuff?
There's a section where everyone can unlock weapons etc. How about you add a skins section to the VIP menu? Maybe even a model section? Once you unlock the weapon, there are 5 levels=5 different skins.
1st level: Play with the gun for 2mins (If the round ends, it continues next round)
2nd level: Find secret with the gun
3rd level: etc.
I can supply nN with the skins.
 
As for the models, I have already contacted Mroz with the ones I found pretty cool! He said something like... I forgot. Meh, if you wanna see them I'll happily post them in the comments.
 
Erm, I might post some more but for now ty! I'll probably put some other ideas another time. Hope you take it into consideration. Thanks!

1.- create a server
 
2.- pick the mod on cod4 (choose it from a new profile coz if u play with your profile it will reset your rank).
   -then type on console /devmap mapname, 2 time coz 1st it will load another gametype and then deathrun
   -and if u want the normal speed of deathrun type /player_sprintspeedscale 1.3 or /g_speed 170.
