I have fixed the issue. 
 
After around 10 days into rocket league support and no fix, i tried more other fixes form help by people in rocket league discord and no use.
 
I knew something was with the save game files , so i was messing with them. I opened the files with word pad , CTRL+A and deleted whatever was written and saved those empty save game files.
 
After that, i launched the game. It said that the save game files are corrupted, and gave me the option to either retry loading them , disable auto save or create new save game files.
 
I created new save game files. 
 
It deleted all my settings and customization presets :( sadly , but with prior warning tho , i knew it would delete. 
 
And now the game is Launching fine :D

Sorry I didn't do this earlier,,,I'm not really good at introductions, i kinda flounder at it but here goes, My name is Eddie aka wkndWarriorX, i'm 55 years young, Family man with a beautiful wife and 2 amazing kids ,,, I enjoy the gaming on your server crossfire HC, because of the player count, the fairness of the admins and seems to be a close knit group of good gamers.
 
I've been a COD player for awhile , I think over 4k hrs last I check with my steam account, I consider myself average but most of all just to have fun.
 
I have talked to some of you either here on the forms or in game and enjoyed the information and or help , definitely looking forward to talking and getting to know more of you on here,  Thanks for letting be part of the forums and maybe to be part of the clan one day. Last week I've started my journy to get an 'aimbotlike-aim'. I chose KovaaK's Aim Trainer to aid me in that mission. (If you dont know what I mean by aimbotlike-aim, look up NateGibson, TheGamingDefinition, NexesPC, MPControlWARD or ItzTitan on Youtube)
 
I will regularly be updating my progress on my Youtube channel(https://www.youtube.com/channel/UClOv9FdE7Ql6Gbpb4I63aiA).
 
This is my first upload. This scenario on kovaak's is called 'Target Switching 360 Static'. And I've gotten rank 97 at the moment and will continue to grind to get an aimbotlike-aim.
 

 
As you can tell my aim and mousecontrol are still a bit wonky. flicks aren't always on target(altho i had some godlike ones in the vid haha) but i still managed to get a decent score and rank for only just starting this journy about a week ago. Only 9 hours on Kovaak's. 
 
It will probably be a slow progress but I think it will be worth it.

Essential thing is that it works ^^

Im unable to replace the shortcut. 
 
Its ok ig, i can live with the temporary fix its easy. 
 
I may find some fix later ig.

Rocket league required visual c++ 2010 package and 2015 package.
 
Reinstalled those, didn't work.
 
Then did the system check, It found some corrupted files but couldn't fix all of them.
 
 
 
 
Game still crashes without that temporary fix.

Looks like you have corrupted files in your C++ redistribuable files required for this game.
 
First i would try to uninstall and reinstall those C++ packages.
 
If no success, i would do a system files check
 
open CMD, aim to C:\windows\system32 (command : cd \windows\system32)
 
and then type : sfc /scannow
 
It will check all system files and replace them if corrupted (will take several minutes)
 
Normaly it should fix your trouble ^^

We're proud to once again revive our Minecraft server. Some extra measures have been put in place against griefers.
For serious players this is great news: you no longer need special builder access - just join and start exploring/building!
 

 
Is it cracked?
Yes.
 
What are the anti-griefing measures?
It's simple. Once you start playing, you are given a wooden shovel and a stick.
You are also given 750 so called claim blocks to start out with. These are used for protecting your precious areas.
Ran out of claim blocks? No worries! You gain 150 more per hour. We will crank this number up if it proves to be a problem.
 
Stick: right click to view whether an area has been claimed by a player.
Wooden shovel: right click to define an area to protect. Preferably this should be done in a square shape.
Start by clicking on the lowest block, then the highest block in the square on the opposite side.
 
From which dangers are my blocks protected?
Your blocks are protected from endermen, creeper explosions, fire, other players and more.
You can give other players access by 'trusting' them. Check the in-game commands for more information!
