No, STRAT (not start) time is the time period before each round begins. It's taken from the Counter-Strike game and implemented to Promod. Promod without strat time is actually nothing, there's no time to speak to TS for spots etc.

Because lets face it, you need me. I'm quite simply amazing at everything. JK. Because I can make the servers a cleaner, friendlier and welcoming place to be. My talent? I'm good at promod when I put effort and time into it.
