This video are short, but i think he is long enough, bcs in my opinion he was clearly wallhacking. Maybe he know some spots, but shooting thru wall or turn straight to player is not good..

It gives you an unfair advantage just like any other hack/glitch, and therefor it shouldn't be allowed 

I've also been treating this balcony as a glitch and ask people to move when they sit there. Never had to warn for it as people usually move when I tell them to.
 
Besides that it is commonly regarded as a glitch. There are youtube videos on how to get on this balcony most of which are calling it a glitch. I also don't think the developers intended this spot to be accessible (for some weird reason though this spot is available even in the Remastered version).
 
You can warn people for it as far as I'm concerned, unless a higher level admin thinks otherwise.

I personally don't think any action will be taken against the member since he didn't even break a rule. I have seen insults a million times worse if this can even be called an insult.
 
Also, why do you feel so inclined to respond? Just ignore the guy and he won't say anything, unless he's very persistent of course. In this situation you just seem to escalate it.

You have some trouble if you accuse people in insulting when they don't, and not for the first time by the way.
