Well it might not even be the case for you. It's just one of recent windows 10 updates which ''fucked'' it up for quite a lot of people. I don't play Apex so I don't know how their servers work if that was the issue for you. Cheers! ;)

i think thats not weird at all. your laptop might go into any power efficient mode every time when its not charging? have u checked nvidia control panel power settings?
