Needless to say that is obviously against the nN rules: Rule #0 : No Hack/Cheat/Script/Scrollfire/Nade Switching/Glitch/Jump (excluding CJ and DR)
 I'm pretty sure we can't "patch" spots like that out of the map by default, but what we can do as community is enforce our rules. Therefore, I'll tempban this guy for 1 day and we'll see if he continues. For any cases like these and other forms of rulebreaking, you should navigate over to our "Courthouse" subforum and create a Ban Request there. We'll take care of the rest! ;) Anyway, thank you for the report and letting us know of this issue. We'll keep an eye!

Well, here I am at last then. Sorry for the delay @ nN. I've been facing some technical difficulties.
 
Here is the proof for your ban and some notes from me:
 
 
 
 
1) Besides all the "lucky/no visibility" kills, many times there are people passing through your crosshairs but you make no move to shoot at them. You're so focused on a wall or some surface with seemingly nothing interesting going on. And what do you know, sure enough somebody pops out of that surface the exact next second.
 
2) At the very start, you spot a guy on the usual spot on bottom floor of that house. Smoke is deployed. You move your aim all the way to the upper floor to kill a guy you had no idea was there behind the wall. Even with UAV, it is impossible to see pings so far from you on minimap and even if you could, those two dots would overlap (2D map).
 
Many more examples I can type, but I don't think it's necessary.
