If you're shooting straight to the top and buying a GeForce GTX 1080 Ti graphics card, you're going to plunk down a pretty penny (lots of them, actually). You can lessen the blow by taking advantage of a multi-piece bundle offer at B&H Photo that saves a few hundred bucks.

The bundle costs $899.99 and is built around EVGA's GeForce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 Elite Gaming graphics card (in red). That's already less than the cost of the card itself, which is normally priced at $939.99, but there are several other goodies in this kit.

You also get an EVGA GQ 650W power supply with 80 Plus Gold certification, an EVGA CLC 240 RGB liquid CPU cooler, an EVGA DG-77 mid-tower case, and an EVGA PowerLink cable management adapter.

Purchased individually, the parts add up to $1,264.99 on B&H Photo, so you're saving $365. That's a nice chunk of change that can be applied to other parts of your build, assuming you were looking to go high-end in the first place.

On top of it all, you also get a download code for The Crew 2 (releases June 29), which is another $59.99 value. If you factor that into the equation, you're getting $424.99 worth of goodies for free with this bundle.

Go here to grab this deal.

    This is a copy paste.

    UPDATE:

Motherboard arrived few days ago!! Asrock Fatality X370 Gaming Professional Series. Got it extremely cheap (I'm a bastard and a prick at negotiating PC hardware prices, and a proud one I must say) only 100$ for a over 300$ board. And in about 2 weeks (heard from a guy today) the Ryzen 7 1800X is arriving as well, again got it cheap for just shy over 200$. Will post screens and aida reports when it's done ;)

Summer Sale 2018 is on! You can get many of the games with good discount until July 5. But there is something you should know about this sale.

    1. Explore your queue to get trading cards

This feature is not new, however it's always interesting to collect free cards for browsing your queue and make an unique badge related to sale. You can earn 3 cards by day, and if you do that regularly, it will be enough for crafting at least lvl 1 badge. You will also get the card when spending 10 USD on steam.

    Begin exploring your recommendations here.

    2. Mystery item

If you participated in the spring cleaning event and made a badge, you got some mystery item in your inventory. Now you can open this box and get few items from here. "This could still be useful..." such message you will see near the destroyed box. Now it's a cosmetic item, and more about it you will read further.

    3. Saliens: play the game and earn rewards

On the store page you will see a big banner about Saliens. What is it? This is a game that you can play in order to enter giveaways and get more trading cards for free. If you opened mystery box, the items you got might made you feel confused. What they are for? Here is the answer.

In this game you play as Salien and you're able to customize this character the way you prefer. Items that you got it's an armor or cosmetics to make him look even more creative. On the picture below you can see fully personalized Salien.

By playing the game you can progress in level to unlock special abilities which will help you to fight the monsters. You will also get a badge for free, steam sale trading cards and more items to customize you Salien. The game is simple but it's a temporary feature. Be sure to try it out before sale ends.

    4. Enter the giveaway

When playing Salien, you can choose different planets. Each one contains 4 games as a reward. If you finish at least one battle, you will automatically enter the giveaway. Note that the longer you stay on the planet, the more chances for winning you will have.

All rewards are unique and don't repeat on different planets. More than that, the name of the planet is already telling you which kind of game you can win there. You can enter for a chance to win such games as Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Life is Strange, Mortal Kombat X, Tomb Raider, Thief, TEKKEN 7, Prey, DOOM and more.

How to play Salien and all about this new feature you can find here.

    5. Steam is browsing slow

It won't be unnecessary to say that steam is browsing slow now, and it's typically for each huge sale. You will meet some troubles exploring your queue, finding games and even playing Salien. If steam suddenly stops working for you, I recommend to use web version since it always works better than app.

Figured,  should let loose a little.
People know my Forum name and that I am Married (almost) to Pink. And that's it. So, guess I owe y'all a little more explaining. :DSo, I am Samarth, from India. I am 24 years old. I graduated in Computer Science (B.E.) And have a Diploma in Architecture.
I like Gaming but not all that much, I stick to COD4 and a few other games including Fifa15, WWE 2k15, Battlefield2, Black Ops Zombies, etc etcAnd Clash of clans (On android) for past few months.. lol.. doing good at that too.. :PI am an opinionated person and can be stubborn and obnoxious, but its just reflex; no hard feelings. :PI usually don't judge a person or a situation based on someone else's words, I take time to go through all aspects and conclude based on my own thesis of things.
I am not particularly religious, but I do follow the religion I was born into (Upto some extents).
I don't usually take a lot of advises or suggestions, I trust my own instincts and judgement.
I may even be wrong on numerous occasions so far, and in future, but I will still stand for what I believe in .

^ That paragraph has a lot of I(s) in it. Which was going to be my next point; I am somewhat self centered. lol
Its not all about me, but most of the times it is..

The next one was the first point, but had to move it in the end. Sorry babe.
I love Marissa, and I am thankful to have met her here. And we have big plans and dreams to get together really really soon. And hopefully, it will be sooner than we both anticipate.
I am telling you all this because I don't want any of you to FLIRT with her. She is taken, forever.
So, talk, have a conversation, joke around. But don't even think of being a Double Meaning Smart-A or Flirting with her. I have a few people that are close to me in this community, whom I trust blindly. Even if I don't always agree or even if I have arguments and Ignore some of them because I am too stubborn to initiate a peace treaty lol.
@Avatar, , @Substanz, @Tino, , @Razer, @daniel, @desert*.. And the most imp @PiNK are the most Elite Friends I have. :D :heart:So if any of you idiots need anything ever, PM me any time of the day. I will of-course reach you when I have time because I am too awesome to give up my work and reply you first (Unless its my babe). :P :DThat is all I'd chose to, or all I can afford to let out in a Public Forums. Anything else, PM me or Give a shout.
Have a good time here, and enjoy yourself.

Sooooo, you know what happens when i join a promod server.

    fiddleS1icks: Nah ur good bruh

Then next round its a 1 v 2 right. This fiddleS1icks guy be thinking he is a pro in this 1 v 2 situation. Strafing around like a baus, trying to hit those cheeky noscopes. But he misses every shot because he is trying to hard..

Like literally, watching people play scope when they have no discipline in their hand control is the most yuckiest thing ever.

    Hand Control?

Ye, place your hand on your mouse, move your hand around, the mouse moves with your hand. i would consider that hand control, now a lot of people think that swinging your mouse around and trying to make your kills look like the next big faze video is a good thing. but it's not.

Start by limiting the amount you move your mouse, you don't want to be panicing at close range and start swinging your mouse like a mad man. Ensure that where you are looking or aiming is where an enemy could be... For example, if i think an enemy is at or near a door way, i would most definitely aim by the doorway. You should only ever move your mouse away from a potential enemys spot when you are sure he wont be there. (like a 1v1 situation).

    Anyzwayz.
That's hand control outa the way.

Let's move on to aiming at people.

An average human reaction time is like 270 or something, go test it.

    http://i.imgur.com/VnS8Fzz.jpg

As you can see, mine is what ever that number is. (My pb is 230 something) What significance does this have with Cod4 scoping ya wonder right? Well basically. The instant someone peeks out of a corner. (There is many ways to this in cod4, you can strafe jump, you can sprint, or you can walk out.) You have to press the fire button. But unfortunately, no one can shoot so fast to the point that when the enemys arm is showing they can fire.  because that would require you to have some sort of trigger bot. Unsure what i mean when i say tightest. Take a Doorway, place a person to the right of doorway so his body isnt showing. Make that guy run out of the doorway, you need to ensure that your mouse is far away from the door way enough so that you can always get a clean hit with the scope, because if you're holding the angle super tight to the doorway, you most definitely miss. or you will have to throw your mouse to the side just to even attempt to hit the person flying out of the door way as if he is sonic.

STILL HAVE NO CLUE WADAFUDGE im talking about.. Okokokok, let's use an example with csgo.
https://youtu.be/763w3tx9olA?t=15s this is me holding an angle to my reaction time, (wide enough so my brain can register the person walking out, meaning i can shoot with perfect timing and hit them in the head) I hope that makes sense now.

So if your reaction time is worse than dubzys, hold the angles super wide, if your reaction time is as godlike as god's

REMEMBER, you dont need good aim with a scope because all ya doing is reacting to someone entering your scope's crosshair, REACTION TIME IS KEY. No seriously, you see that youngmoser guy. if he was a cod4 player, he would never miss a shot.
  12. Roohansama liked a post in a topic by JillyJill in Strange Brigade
Rebellion, more popular as creator of Sniper Elite, has developed a new game called Strange Brigade. It looks entirely different from what they made so far, but their classic touch is still persist here. Even the logotype rings a bell:

The game takes place in Egypt, 1930's. Here you will discover ancient ruins, caves, pyramids and a lot more while fighting off the horde of mummies and different creatures. Same as Zombie Army, this game is meant to be played in cooperation, up to 4 players. Each character is unique, and all together they look a bit... strange.

Strange Brigade is also filled with puzzles that you need to solve in order to find hidden treasures and relics. Out of fire guns, all characters will also have some supernatural powers. Environment looks absolutely beautiful, and entertaining gameplay is promising to bring a lot of fun to you and yours friends. Furthermore, Rebellion's experience on making co-op games speaks up for itself.

More information will be revealed soon at E3 2018, one year after official announcement.

"It's the first Intel processor to deliver up to 5.0Ghz single-core turbo frequency performance" one little problem tho, it can't lol. The motherboard they were using was a socket P mobo with an LGA 3647 which is the same as the Xeon motherboard and it's clear that they took the existing Xeon grade processor and repositioned as a desktop part and the CPU in question is probably, most likely, an intel 8176 platinum which is a Skylake-X processor....Not new. And when asked, intel didn't neglect the note of the cooling solution they were using to achieve the said frequency, they used a chiller behind the scenes hidden from the eyes of others that was holding the constant -10 C, so you are looking at mid 50's to low 60's in working temps on the cpu (WITH 28 CORES AND OC TO 5GHZ, AT MID 50'S ON WATER, NOPE!). Overclocking a 28 core cpu to 5ghz on liquid cooling will result in system instability, blue screens and system hangs without some sort of exotic cooling solution like for instance LN2 or in this case a chiller.

This was a last minute panic change in response to Threadripper 2, and a lame one at best. Even at lower frequencies this thing would be extremely difficult for a consumer to cool. Hope this sheds some light on things.

It's a big year for Intel. The company turns 50 this year (that's a helluva lot in silicon years) and its original 8086 processor, the same one used in IBM's original PC design, is turning 40.

So to celebrate, Intel is turning positively Wonka-esque and giving away 8,086 brand new eighth-gen Intel Core i7 chips.

As well as celebrating the original 8086, the limited edition Core i7-8086K will boast a number of firsts, according to Intel. It's the first Intel processor to deliver up to 5.0Ghz single-core turbo frequency performance (so it's good for content creators and gamers) and it's also unlocked for overclocking.

The 8086 "sweepstakes" will be open to residents of the US, China, Germany, Canada, France, the UK, South Korea, Taiwan and Japan. Each of those countries have 500 up for grabs, except Germany, China and the US which will have considerably more processors to give away (1,000, 2,000 and 2,086 respectively).

To enter, you need to head to Intel's sweepstakes website, here enter your details from June 7 at 5 p.m. PT. After 24 hours, Intel will choose 8,086 winners.

Only the residents of these countries are eligible,
US, China, Germany, Canada, France, the UK, South Korea, Taiwan and Japan.

    Hi

This a a Tip for everyone out there if you don't use fraps or bandicam or xfire or what ever else you use

    See a hacker?

First you want to bind this by opening up consol so you don't always have to type it so type in consol:

    /bind F6 "record"

Now when you press F6 on your keyboard it will start recording automatically

Then when you have enough proof you can make another bind so type in consol:

    /bind F8 "stoprecord"

Now by pressing F8 the recording will stop

As we don't accept demos you want to go a locate this record

So you will find it under

    Local Disk/Program Files/Call Of Duty 4/Main/Demo

The name of the demo ( if its your first demo ) will be named record0000

now how to open this demo?

    There are two ways

    1. Download CoD4 Player which plays demos google CoD4 player

    Now for 2

    2. If the demos don't open with CoD4 player , you can simple do this

    Locate the demo once again

    Cut it to the folder

    Mods/Modern Warfare

Then create a folder name Demos

    And paste in there

Then open CoD4 and go to the mod Modern Warfare and select the mod once in the menu open consol and type

    /demo demo0000

And hit enter it will open the demo

Now you need to record over the demo with something

Use: Fraps , Bandicam or xfire

Once recorded you going to want to format the video so its a smaller size

    So download:

FormatFactory or others there are many more

Once formated upload to youtube and copy the link of the video

    And make a ban request

    Hacker Down

    Hope this helped you out

If anyone wants to know more PM me

Heres some things you may didnt know about fps.

Influence of FPS on the height of the jump

63 fps and less - you jump 39.5 units max (except 52 and 55 fps. These results are similiar to 71 fps)

71 fps. Your character jumps permanently 40 units. 40.5 is impossible on this value, same for 76 fps

    83 90 and 100 fps - 39.5 units again

    111 fps - 40 and 40.5 are easily surmontable

    125 fps - 41 units

    142, 166 and 200 fps - strangely again 39.4 units max.

    250 fps - 42 units !

    333 fps - 46 units !!!

500 fps - bugged value, your character runs silently and jump 35 units if near the object, 39 if distant from the object.

    1000 fps - almost like 500 fps

Influence of FPS on the damage of falling

    We've 4 walls of different heights: 140, 200, 300 and 350 units.
Results: (firstly the fps value, in brackets the wall's height and finally the damage of falling)

    140 units' wall
    71 (140) - 4
    91 (140) - 8
    100 (140) - 6
    110 (140) - 4
    125 (140) - 2
    200 (140) - 6
    250 (140) - 1
    333 (140) - 0

    200 units' wall
    71 (200) - 39
    91 (200) - 44
    100 (200) - 41
    110 (200) - 38
    125 (200) - 35
    200 (200) - 41
    250 (200) - 34
    333 (200) - 22

    300 units' wall
    71 (300) - 96
    91 (300) - dead
    100 (300) - 98
    110 (300) - 94
    125 (300) - 91
    200 (300) - 98
    250 (300) - 88
    333 (300) - 72

    350 units' wall
    71 (350) - dead
    91 (350) - dead
    100 (350) - dead
    110 (350) - dead
    125 (350) - dead
    200 (350) - dead
    250 (350) - dead
    333 (350) - 97

Ordering FPS from the useful to the useless:
    333, 250, 125, 110, 76, 71 (similiar values: 34,42,52,55), 100 (similiar values: 10,17,20-23,25,36,40,41,50,67 and 200), 15 (similiar values: 24, 31,32,37,38,45,48,63), 59 (weird value), 91,83 (similiar values: 166), 142. 500 FPS is the highest (your character get the biggest damage from falling ).

Influence of FPS on the silent run's ratio
Now we want to find a formula which combines ms and fps. For example: we need a script which allows our character to move forward for 30ms, but depending by the fps value he will move to different distances. As well as with 333 fps and 30ms our character moves just for 3 units, with 125 fps he will moves 20 units!
Here we have the maximum distance you can reach running silently:

    SMG, sniper and shotgun:
    - Moving forward (maximum speed 190 units par second) :
    333 FPS - 80 (79 silent) (264 ms)
    250 FPS - 81 (81 silent) (186 ms)
    200 FPS - 87 (87 silent) (167 ms)
    167 FPS - 70 (70 silent) (107 ms)
    142 FPS - 70 (70 silent) (92 ms)
    125 FPS - 73 (72 silent) (84 ms)
    111 FPS - 66 (65 silent) (68 ms)
    100 FPS - 67 (66 silent) (61 ms)
    90 FPS - 69 (68 silent) (58 ms)
    83 FPS - 63 (62 silent) (48 ms)
    77 FPS - 65 (64 silent) (46 ms)
    71 FPS - 66 (65 silent) (43 ms)

    - Moving right or left (max. 152 units/sec)
    333 FPS - runs silently
    250 FPS - 68 (68 silent) 210 ms
    200 FPS - 68 (68 silent) 171 ms
    167 FPS - 75 (75 silent) 155 ms
    142 FPS - 56 (56 silent) 99 ms
    125 FPS - 58 (57 silent) 91 ms
    111 FPS - 60 (59 silent) 81 ms
    100 FPS - 54 (53 silent) 66 ms
    90 FPS - 54 (53 silent) 60 ms
    83 FPS - 57 (57 silent) 57 ms
    77 FPS - 52 (51 silent) 47 ms
    71 FPS - 52 (51 silent) 46 ms

    - Moving backward (133 units/sec) :

    83 FPS - 42 ( 41 silent)
    77 FPS - 42 ( 41 silent)

It may be complicate to understand. Here's the explanation: 142 fps - 44 (43 silent) 116 - it means that with 142 fps and the value of time based on the 116ms' script your character moves to 43 units without any noise - and makes noise starting from the 44th unit.
Sometimes (if you're lucky) the 'silent' time is the same as the 'noise' time.

Doubt remains about 333 FPS: maybe the 'silent' time is higher than the stamina. Except for the assault class, which makes noise if moving backward

I didn't know that you have cooking section :) I am waiter , but I love sweeats , so Im gonna give you some most easiest recipe to make Serbian famous "Vanilice" dessert.

    Recipe:

200 grams confectioners' sugar 1 vanilla bean, cut into 1/2 inch pieces 300 grams lard (ideally leaf lard) 250 grams granulated sugar 1 whole egg 2 egg yolks Juice of one lemon 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest 250 grams ground walnuts 600 grams all-purpose flour Rose hip or apricot jam How to prepare; A couple of days before making the cookies, mix the confectioners' sugar with the vanilla bean in a small bowl with a tight lid. This is your vanilla sugar. Store in a dry place. In a mixer fitted with the paddle, beat the lard with the granulated sugar until creamy. Beat in the egg, egg yolks, lemon juice and lemon zest. Add the walnuts and flour and beat until a uniform dough forms. Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Preheat the oven to 325° F convection bake (or 350° regular bake). Place the dough on a work surface dusted with flour and roll it out to a 1/4-inch-thick round. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Using a small round cookie cutter (I use 1-inch or quarter-size cutters), stamp out the cookies and arrange them one inch apart on the baking sheets. Bake for about 12 minutes, so that the rounds remain white. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, and then transfer to a wire rack or flat surface to cool completely. Once the cookies are cool, take one cookie round at a time, spread the jam on it, and top with another cookie round. Roll each cookie sandwich generously in the vanilla sugar. Put the cookies into a tin box, and wait for one to two days before serving. With this recipe you should make a 60 cookies max. I count the whole family :))    Enjoy!
