Enemies are moving so launching an airstrike on top of them won't work, as it takes 2 3 seconds for the missiles to hit the target.
I sometimes when see an enemy airstrike, rush to a safe spot before it hits us.

It sounds like a refresh rate problem to me

Change it inside your config_mp.cfg
 
seta r_mode "1920x1080" or the resolution adapted to your screen
 
And be sure that these variables are set to this :
 
seta r_fullscreen "1"
seta r_displayRefresh "adapted to your screen Hz"

If you have cod4x18 your config_mp is located in %localappdata%\CallofDuty4MW\players\profiles. Change it there.

so i made a post some time ago about  my high ping that was around 500,it never came down to 200 or less.
i made a complaint two days ago to my isp.
today i launch cod4 and see my ping is 170....yay happy boy,
after playing for some time.new problem starts.
ping suddenly jumps to 300 with a big terrible lag and then back to normal 180. after some seconds it again jumps and again back to normal .this humpty bumpty bunny jumpty keeps on going and doesnt stop.

The problem with those amd cards is that they are loved by miners, so their price is blown up even more than the Nvidia cards

I see that the rx 560 pulse goes for €150,-- and the 2gb version goes for €135 in my country. So yeah if you do not want to go higher, probably a rx 550 but you can hardly call that a gpu.

Im doing a budget build for January 2019, best buck to performance ratio in the market is a 1070, best "budget buck to performance" is 1050 Ti, Im using 1050 Ti for that build. If you can save for a 1050 Ti trust me, its totally worth. You will be able to play almost any modern game at 1080P. There are other options even under 100$ which will give you the performance you are looking for, like a 1030, just make sure its the GDDR5 version, there is also a DDR4 version, yes, they used RAM (System, DDR4) Memory to build a version of the 1030, both about the same price and they dont have different names. You just have to look at the specs on the box to know what you are getting. If you accidentally buy the DDR4 version you will loose over 50% performance because of memory bandwidth 

The most cheap 1050Ti goes for €175 in my country... that is almost 55€ over his budget for a GPU
 
Dunno about the price of a Rx 560 Pulse (4 Gb) nowadays, but a friend of mine bought it for €125 last year.

If you save a little extra best choice would be 1050ti 4gb for budget
Plus all depends on cpu, r9 290x is a good budgeting praphics card

We have listened to your feedback and have released a new QBFP (QB-FairPlay) version.
For those that don't know, this is a plugin written by me that encompasses things like anti-team nade, generic tweaks, etc.
In this version, we are bringing you the following:
 
Players:
$fov command for changing fov scale (1.0 - 1.125 - 1.25)  (!fov will tell you to use this command) $fps command for toggling fullbright (!fps will tell you to use this command) Admins:
$msg : invisible, in-game admin-only chat for yellow (= lvl 60) and above  $scr : invisible, in-game player screenshot command.  
All the commands are available right now on all of our servers.
If you do run across a server where one of the commands is not available, please let us know.

Hello guys.
 
A lot of times there are new players on our servers and upon their connection they instantly type "!fpson" or "!fov" and so on. Once they see that nothing happens they ask if this server doesn't support this kind of commands. As a SA with access to Echelon, I see that many players use workarounds to get higher FoV or the aforementioned fullbright.
 
Toggling through fullbright and a couple FoV values seems to be a highly requested feature by many players on all our servers due to the advantages it offers (better performance, etc).
 
So, what's your opinion people? Do you think such commands would increase our playerbase and popularity if they do get implemented?

Hi all.
So I had to go around 300km away to another city bcoz of some work.the travelling experience 60%good and 40%bad but I thank God because it could have been worse.
I woke up at 2:35 AM and I spent half an hour getting out from the bedðŸ˜. I took a bath, eat breakfast and got ready. At around 4AM we got on the road.just as we got out of my city, our car started troubling.it was not much so we somehow reached our destination.i was there to give my uni admission test. The test start time was 9am but they started an hour late.all of us had to wait outside in the intense heat. There were so many students I also made a new friend.so test started, was easier then I expected.after test we got back on road but suddenly a tire went flat.there was no shade nearby so I and the driver had to change the tire in the scorching heat.
Around 10mins and done.back on road. Next I had some other work and had to go somewhere else around 30 to 40 min drive. Just as we reached nearby, clouds had already gathered and it started raining but just for 5 mins.
But just as we reached the destination and parked our car. It started raining heavily. So much heavily.water gathered around our car.(bad water drainage system).
I waited for the rain to end but it was not ending. I had to go around 100m away on foot bcoz we couldn't find any other parking.i new that if I didn't got my work done now, it will be very hard for me to come back and get it done.
So I left the car and ran to the plaza. By the time I reached the plaza, I was sinking wet. My phone was in a plastic bag so no worries.
Next I had to find the shop.the building was 5 floors and 100s of shops +I couldn't contact them bcoz of no service (suddenly).
I started searching for the shop 1st floor then 2nd floor found it on the third floor.
The shop had ac on and I was wet so after some time I started shivering. I told the shopkeeper about y I'm shivering.he was a good man. He turned off the ac and got me some tea and biscuits.
That relieved me.
By the time I got my work done, it was late. The rain had ended.i got back to the car and we got back on road. I hadn't eaten anything since my breakfast and it was around 6pm.so we stopped at a restaurant and ate food.
Back in road but 60 70 km away from home car broke down. But fortunately It broke down in front of a car mechanic shop. Got it fixed. It was 9pm.went home in around 20mins.Safe and sound. After all everything was good. Thanks to Allah almighty.
