I can tell, that this game is quite fun!
Be aware of the earrape once you startup the game tho (lol)

My fistrule is always 3 suspicious kills/actions. unless completely obvious.

I count both examples as one, so there is only 2 suspicious actions/kills. The first kill on 0.16-0.18 looks to me like wallbang spray, the second kill looks like an automatic snap.
The second example, I think it was possible to see the guy at the balcony, a pre-fire can be quite normal there too, I do that often myself, however it looks like it snapped on the dude behind the wall. It was very hard to see that guy due to the pole being in front of it. 

So regarding the proof I think I do not find it not enough to justify a permanent ban, however I do find both actions (QBD named them already) very, very veryyyy suspicious. 
But I would say, unban because laggy demo, and only 2 suspicious actions

I have punished NikHIL_S_REDDY in the past, because he placed claims on other people's houses.
Do you have any proof of this?

Okay so what he means is that with /kit fireworks you get 4 different rocket/explo's. However each one takes up a inventory slot. What he wants is that it only is one sort of rocket, so that it takes up only 1 inventory slot

I believe I banned him.

He had made a huge quite nice building but he also griefed yes.  Would prefer you would contact us instead of grieving a griefer. I am also quite amazed how you still remember it.
 

I also like to say we have rolledback some players actions because of grieving. So if you are surprised that some items or structures have reappeared or disappeared that is maybe because we did a rollback on a lot of players/grievers.

This is actually a good and quite expensive game. I got it free last summer when I bought my new GPU. I am surprised this game is given away already
