Hey, I want to build another PC. Budget isn't a problem, but I would prefer it to be as cheap as possible. My goal is to make use of my 144hz monitor. I can't run the CoD4 remaster, WW2 or BF3. I think they are the most demanding games I have. I wish to play at 144fps @ 1920x1080. I usually play on low graphics settings too. I just need a refreshed system with a bit more power to run some of the newer titles. The Plan: EDIT I was discussing plans with @Substanz, but I want to open this up to everyone. I need your advice! Thanks.

I use a Roccat Kone mouse, the smaller Kone Pure model to be specific. It was reasonably priced 2 years ago when I bought it (£50) so it must be cheaper now. Very responsive, with good specs. I can't remember the details but it ticked all the right boxes. The software is good and it is comfortable. Never let me down!

For me, it's all about the movement and the weapons. The fact that CoD4 was built from the ground up as a PC game means that it has exceptional attention to detail for it's time. Plus there was nothing else really like it on the market back in 2007. "Create A Class" was such a big thing, allowing players to interact even more and cater to their own individual style, without straying away from skill based play. This is a great topic idea! I'm quite embarrassed about my choice of name now. It's super obvious. When I first joined you guys, I thought the Doge internet meme was funny. I also used to browse the "MLG Montage Parody" sub reddit at the end of 2013. Both of which became known and almost mainstream and now have died off. I just had a quick look back and it's quite cringe worthy. I'm sticking with this name here. I wish I chose some subtle reference or something from my other interests to be my name. Oh well, growing up I guess :)

I have a 144hz 1920x1080 AOC G2460PF and I cannot fault it. Only cost me £200 it's lovely. 144hz is a must. Had it over a year now incredible!

I'll start - haven't really seen a topic like this before. Interested to see everyone's stats since we have all played this game for a long time! Current v1.0 Stats http://noname.zone/uploads/gallery/album_20/gallery_396_20_41918.jpg Current v1.8x Stats http://noname.zone/uploads/gallery/album_20/gallery_396_20_9605.jpg As you can see there are lots of noobs on 1.0... K/D Ratio of around 3.6 on both. v1.8x is a lot more of a challenge the average skill on v1.0 is incredibly low^^ Satisfying though playing weekends only. I want to see everyone elses :)
