Direct-X maybe? Try re-installing all redists and Direct-X, you should be able to find packs on microsoft main page. Because I know sometimes some .dll's get messed up.
 
Maybe have some sort of monitoring software opened and make it show max values like GPU temps, Voltage etc. So you can see what's happening with your card after a black out.

update all drivers ect (gpu chipset audio bios if needed ) plus diable stereo mix and re enable it
