I don't want to disturb you in your life moments but i cannot leave my tutor hanging like this and make it even worst.

I thought i shouldn't be doing this but i have given much time to my thoughts and made a conclusion which suits this community.

I respect you and your decision Substanz.

But more importantly i respect concerns of people close to you and many other members to whom i've given some creeping vibes. Saying that now we all are alright doesn't make things alright, and it's still visible and now your decision gave me creeping vibes about what happened behind the curtains.

I know this community is full of devoted and skilled people and nice admins so this wouldn't make any difference if you just let it go. I'll find my ways to contribute while staying as a forum user and you already knew that.

Moreover i don't like the green color around my name I hope it will be fixed to blue soon so i can login into my account here. Until then I would like to invoke my fifth ammended right to stay shut up and out.

Changed my steam account, i had some problems with my old steam account and the steam team is still working on it as I don't have anything to loose in that account other than PUBG I've decided to left it behind and stick to one name and i hope that wouldn't be a problem here, i want to keep things fresh :)

First of all, your article is amazing, atleast for those who understands bit of tech.

I'm not expert in this field any way I'm going to put my views.

Consistent hashing is being used almost everywhere, in operating systems, webservers, load balancers, databases, indexes so ppl can jump directly on a row of data even if there are trillions of rows of data, and most importantly in the cookies that are set by noname.zone on my browser ;)

Having some terrible history with md5(crafted dictionary attacks), I always use bcrypt.

As far as I know bcrypt has following advantages:

1. It enforces you to use a key for encryption. So if someone wants to pass a message the so-called pre-shared key become a-must-pre-shared key.

2. Resulting hash can be easily fit in less than 60 characters. When someone is designing a operating system or atleast database 60 characters is the minimum and maximum length of memory where neither security nor space is compromised. Why 60? long story short, it's long enough to prevent from brute attacks and small enough to fit inside IP header, cookie or 64 byte memory block.

3. It's used in UNIX password system. If someone has used it for a operating system then it def. has some pros over the other algorithms ;)

What you said about md5 is absolutly true, I can forgive sha1 but md5 I just cannot resist. It's terrible and can sunk your ship before you even set to sail. Most of the new developers still store the passwords using md5. I'm not saying that it's all bad, it's fast, consistent and one-way thus fits the criteria of hashing algorithm. But it's def. outdated because of it's limitations in respect of security.

In my opinion (which i'm sure nobody has asked for) a script would spoil the entire game-play for normal players, the reason I play only on nN servers is their minimal server interactions. Other servers with their scripts seems little disturbing to me.

however, giving admins some extra rights would def. help, but I see nN prefers quality over quantity, all admins earns their rights by building trust on the nN network, slowly and gradually. However I would say that they really work hard to maintain this community. They'll leave you a meaning-full reply shortly regarding your query.

I'm sure many of you are already familiar with the tactics and even some of you had better tactics for killing the campers that I'm going to talk about. Anyway, I'm free atm and got in mind to share something with you guys, i'm a terrible player btw

Below are the two entry level campers,

Without wasting any time I would like to show you the best spot(according to me) to kill these guys. Please check the spots in the provided maps in the right part of each image(if you fail to recognize the spots). Please note that sometimes you'll not see the camper directly but your bullets def. will ;)

Tricky Hacker # 2: open console and use $ministatus to see player ID for noticing

I tried $ministatus, but the response was really unreadable and fades away very quickly(maybe because of too many players are playing) and I can see only 1-2 lines

Let's say god bless all but not the hackers.

Seriously we all hate getting killed by a dumb guy. So let's talk about how far a dumb guy can go to kill you, no not with the gun. We are going to discuss some of the tricky hackers that I found annoying on the server. No doubt, the admins have always been very quick to respond and act and their support is really appreciated.

But there are the moments when you see a hacker and server team seems to be not working for you. Yep, it's true, I had some bad experiences regarding players that uses some sort of tools or hacks. It's sure that you could have seen hundreds of good/bad hackers out there. But today let's talk about some tricky hackers. Hackers which finds it so easy to get away with and turn the rules into dust(struggling with English)

Tricky Hacker # 1

Above all, are the hackers who left the game when reported because servers tells them that they had been reported. And when admin arrives, you know what's next xD

I think support can disable the server output 'notice added' or at least show this only to the player who is adding a notice.

Tricky Hacker # 2

Let's say you remove every character from your name and then join the server? the answer is that your name will be auto renamed to UnamedPlayer. But unfortunately, that thing doesn't apply to some of the players. There are some players maybe(steam players) without any name. And the fact that our so-called !notice command requires a name or part of the name to work makes it useless.

Tricky Hacker # 3

There are some players who even trick the server reporting system. They actually add a dummy player with the same name on the same server. For example, let's say from my second computer I start the game and join the server with the same name(e.g I N V A L I D). So I'll end up having two players with the same name on the same server. Whenever someone adds a notice to I N V A L I D he/she will run into error explaining there are two matching players with the name I N V A L I D, please be specific. To be honest, I didn't find any way to add notice at that time.

: This may trick some admins as well ;)

I know tb is the command for temp ban which works same like the notice command. I wonder if a admin is able to add ban to a player have same name as of some other player on the same server at the same time.

Tricky Hacker # 4

Now it's time for final discussion. I know some of you here will agree and some of you will not. Yep, because it's time for admins or some higher level players. Believe it or not, I have seen some admins using hacks. I don't want to name any one of them in particular but I'm sure that some of the higher level players are using hacks(not always, sometimes they do). There is no way of adding a notice to them. Because the other admins are simply not ready to believe that some members of the admin group can do the hack. Their reply is useless: We had the best admins who play like hell. Well, that's not true for all admins.

Edit: I agree that admins don't hack here because they are highly trained and monitored by the head admins and so on. The guy I was trying to notice def. not admin here. He was group user on the server that's why server didn't allowed me to add notice to him. Thank you for clearification noname.

To conclude, I would say that the overall administrative structure is superb and works most of the time. I would love to see your views or maybe some other types of tricky hackers.
