Found out the solution its the new kb4482887 update for windows 10 cause alot of performance drops and mouse lags So to everyone who is on windows 10 dont update kb4482887, wait for a fix https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.neowin.net/amp/microsoft-confirms-performance-degradation-in-windows-10-with-kb4482887/

I also tried running rollback and still the same, i also uninstalled the drivers completely and reinstalled,And still no hope ^^

I missed out that i done that ive run the bat file and uninstalled codx and also done a fresh install of cod4 Still stutters like mad In results for everything ive tried, and thanks for your input mrozy, Im gonna do a os reset, that my last resort, fingers crossed it fixes the problem

so cant you just play with laptop plugged in and battery removed so it doesn't damage the battery ?

Nvidia control panel sounds bugged to me Uninstall drivers and reinstall the drivers Might fix the problem
