The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered release is coming to Xbox One, PS4 and PC so no one is left out. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare originally released on Xbox 360 and PS3, and there is no chance that you will see a remastered version for these consoles. Even through graphics improved over the life of these consoles this is focused on the current generation of consoles and PC.
We expect a timed exclusive for Infinite Warfare that will bring DLC to the PS4 first, but there is not any indication that PS4 owners will get to play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered before Xbox One or PC at this point.

What's in Modern Warfare Remastered?
Now that we know the Call of Duty 4 Remastered release is actually happening, it's time to look at what you get with this game. First off, this is only the first game, there is no Modern Warfare 2 Remaster like one rumor originally stated. You get to play the full campaign in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered. This includes all of the missions including All Ghillied Up, Charlie Don't Surf and Crew Expendable. In Short, this is the same campaign you loved, but the graphics are getting a huge upgrade. There is also a Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Remastered multiplayer component that will allow you to relive some of your favorite maps and online gameplay. While there were a total of 20 Modern Warfare maps with DLC involved, not all of them are making it to the remastered version of the game. With Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered you will get 10 multiplayer maps. We know that this includes

We don't know anything else about the other 5 maps. We also don't know if more Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered maps will will come with the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare DLC.
In addition to these modes and single player, the game features full multiplayer progression for weapons, perks, attachments and support for Master Prestige.
