Problem with nuke 24/7 is that nobody goes on so it ranks up...i used to be erryday bnut nobody joined so i stopped going there alone (well going from spawn to spawn for like 15 mins is boring, no?)

No, STRAT (not start) time is the time period before each round begins. It's taken from the Counter-Strike game and implemented to Promod. Promod without strat time is actually nothing, there's no time to speak to TS for spots etc.
