  1. Reallocated sector counts means there were bad sectors on your drive but they were already been replaced with spares. In short their logical block addresses have been reallocated to other physical sectors.

     

    Clear some space, do the scan again. You can download HD Tune as well and do the error check scan also or run "chkdsk" over command prompt to scan the drives. I wouldn't worry to much for a few bad sectors because it's been running for 31983 hours but still keep an eye out for more bad sectors if they appear.
