  1. Hello there.

For starters, nice to meet you and welcome to noName's forum! I hope you enjoy the time spent here.

As for admin rights, I'm afraid we'll have to disappoint you. Admin rights are not given away like that here. First, you have to apply for membership in nN and get accepted. If you're loyal and trusted enough, you can be promoted and thus acquire some rights. If that interests you, check out some guidelines regarding recruitment.

Don't hesitate to ask should you have any questions!

  2. Hello.

As @Razer said the rule states that only videos are accepted and not demos. In BR's, the proof needs to be public and easily accessible by everyone. Also, YouTube or other streaming sites provide the user with various easy to use features like slow motion/fast forward/rewind/forward and so on that are infinitely more easier to use via the interface there than having to type various commands and toggle through different values in the game's in - built demo player. That would be my personal interpretation for as to why such a rule exists.

Any screen recorder will do, no issues. Also, if you're troubled about ending up with a large file, you can compress that into a much smaller file size with minimal loss in quality. Many people (myself included) use HandBrake. A freeware app that does a great job at making sure you end up with the smallest file size possible with as little as possible quality loss. Check it out if it interests you.

Moving on to the actual BR, I have also converted your demo into a video(See below) and uploaded, before I saw @Nomad had done the same thing.

It's an obvious wallhacker, who is also now banned!

Thank you for reporting, @WhiskeyCH6. Always appreciated!

Also, thank you for being helpful as always, sir Nomad!

  3. Hello.

    Both of you raise some good points. However, this is a typical case of wallhack. You can tell so from the three following points (there are more);

    1) First kill on the vid. Insanely suspicious, as this is not a priority spot to check for many players.

    2) The moment on 1:04 till he kills that "Call911" guy. That was not a simple, random smoke kill. He locked to that target through the wall and slowly strafed till he had an unblocked shot. Also, the fact that he was holding his breath, plus taking an instant shot as soon as he was being obstructed from the wall, eliminate greatly the chance of being a "random" shot.

    3) After the above kill, he kills two people one after another. He has visibility on the first but never on the second. Even if there was UAV he was zoomed in the entire time, so no minimap. He didn't seem to "guess" the second player's location either. He seemed confident and thus his shot was made instantly after getting the first kill.

I'm very willing to assume those times he shoots noone, it's just because he missed/couldn't penetrate x surface. I'm fairly confident if we watched the demo with cg_drawthroughwalls 1 we would see he is clearly aiming at hitboxes of players all the time.

In any case, the player is now banned!

Good job and thank you for reporting, sir @Nomad!

  4. Greetings!

Good job, it's definitely multihack. Thank you for reporting and helping in keeping our servers clean! :)

(For the record, this player is the same as this one. ID@230616 for the admins.)

  5. Hey!

The multihack is obvious especially towards the end where he turns on his aimbot.

    Another report, well done. ;)

  6. No need to ask sorry, it's all good. And your voice as a member counts, don't think otherwise! :)

As for this, I considered this taken care of since they both stopped and apologized once they were shown the rule after your heads up to Pud and me.

I can't comment much on this, context wise, due to the aforementioned language barrier. However, if some admin who knows the language thinks they need further punishment even though they listened and stopped, by all means go for it! Unfortunately, I can't be of much help here.

Oh, also, when me or some other admin is online, please do let us know when somebody's rulebreaking in Russian. Personally, I'll take your word for it. Will be counting on you from now on, Sir @Nomad. ;)

  7. Well, this has been resolved already, hasn't it?

I remember Pud and me(We were online at the time as seen on the pics) asking you to let us know if they are breaking any rules with their chat to which you replied that they are talking about politics. We let them know of rule1, they apologized and stopped talking altogether. You were there as well saying it's all good now.

As Pud told you then, "language barriers" like that prevents most admins from acting on rule breakers of that sort. Thanks to you, we dealt with them on the spot. :)

So, resolved, no? Why the BR then?

( Please, do not misunderstand me, I do not mean to offend you in any shape or form. Yours and everyone's help is always appreciated, but just curious why you'd post about something while knowing that it was taken care of. :S )
