Can anyone recommend a good cod4 cfg, not an fps one not needed. Pro mod cfg & texture pack, I've looked at a fair few but cant decide

I'd agree to demo being laggy but cant deny there is some kind of set point snap target cheat being used, and recording a demo of your own with no other opponent in the server isnt going to prove anything.

Anyone have any ideas, I recently deleted my mp.cfg and my hit reg is awful There is a 2 second delay on hitting a target, Fps I'm using 250 Rate 25000 Snaps 75 Maxpackets 125 Packetdup 1 My average ping between 18 and 30 These was the recent setting I was using and was find But now just seems bad.

That is weird ping is usually higher on a night time then it is through the day, I wouldn't say it was the server causing ping spike, try different cl_packetdup & cl_maxpackets, my ping is much better with packetdup 3 and maxpackets 125 & consider using a VPN service, anywhere in Europe, ping rate would also be better
