I quit my job last weekend, and guess what? I went to an interview today, I start on 12 november at Supercell. Yep, here in Colombia, Supercell, the one that makes Clash of clans, clash royale, etc. I will be Game and account service and support manager for Colombia

The thing is that I was very patient and therefor employees where doing whatever they wanted. Now that I'm strict and mopping the floor with them every time they do anything wrong, stress levels went down

Stress levels went down. Mopped the floor with a couple employees and everything is better now ^^. Obviously not phisically, but verbaly. I said everything that has to be said about their performance ^^. No more problems from them
