Like L27 said, yes you've been against rule4(spamming) and sometimes for rule2 
You need to be there for rules and make other stand up for rules when misbehaved.
Not just you behaving and following rules is limit but it gets much more  good when you
try to make other aware of rules;don't matter if they follow or behave, play your role/do your job^^
 
Hope got me, just said because i'm most on nuke and talk to all so said those above,
Rest on Leading staff and also Yes(not for now) but if you go a bit for rules :D
