Hello everyone, well, in this post I am going to comment part of my current vision about minecraft and also about what I think the players want nowadays.
 
My point of view
 
I've been playing minecraft for a few years and over time I've seen how this game has been dying, less than half the players on servers that used to be full 3 years ago, and it's not the server, but the players.
 
I believe that in nN we are able to make a great minecraft server and at least make our players have fun playing, that is the most important thing when playing videogames!
 
Well, 1.12 is a very good version for survival, the best, but the problem is that no one that I know plays survival. The players of today want action, I mean, PvP.
 
What can we do?
 
Starting from there the best version for PvP is 1.7 or 1.8, but now we come to the problem that what can we do? Well, there are many famous PvP minigames but the one that stands out is SkyWars, as the name indicates are fights in the air, more specifically in "floating" islands, each player appears on his island with two or three chests with some things in and from there to fight, the last one that is alive, wins. Well, there are many more minigames but being a server where non-premium players can also play skywars is the most played mode, I think that for now it is not necessary to say much more, just think about the idea, change the server radically and if it works and it goes ahead in the future to go adding more minigames.

Just a thought.
 
I think we could benefit from displaying the rules in other languages than english.
There are alot of russian players that i belive struggle with english.
 
Food for thought, devide into smaller groups and discuss ;)

Video are not so long and not rly much moments which are clearly shows smth, so I watched it few times with reviewing all moments that may be suspecious and:
0:06-0:12 - aimed 2 times before saw enemy(clear moment)
0:53 - aimed at enemy, but a moment later than enemy showed at UAV(not sure he had much time to prepare only with UAV assist, but  anyway I don't think, that this moment may prove smth)
1:12 - started to aim at the moment of jump and before enemy showed at UAV
2:39 - runned right at spawn to kill last afk player, who wasn't showed at UAV and moreover played in few last rounds (he couldn't know that this guy was afk and may look like he knew about that position; this can't prove much, but still suspecious a bit)
3:20-3:24 - enemy showed at the window; player, hid in cover, but then he followed the wall and confidently left his cover without any interest to that enemy (seems he knew that enemy left that place, not proves much too, but suspecious)
3:55 - same as first
 
I am more than sure that he was hacking, but all videos which are using as proofs MUST be sufficient and have a plenty of sure moments. I've banned him this time, but pls, next time take more video to help us avoid of being unsure in smth and check all the video "with magnifying glass" to get sure that that's enough proofes here or even leave hackers not banned.

Why should we accept you/ What can you bring us / Which is your personal talent ? : I think that I'm a good option if you need people to stay in forums and servers to see if everything is working fine, I was Admin in iC3, and also I became Head Admin for a short time, I know more or less how this works thanks to my experience.
