    Well i searched and found that the speed of read and write about 4 or 4.4 Gb/s basically there is softwares that make ur pc slower maybe it could be the reason u can rollback the driver update to itsorginal version from device manager (since the driver is samsung then ignore intel messages)or just ignore intel message.(try to disable startup programs also . https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc732648(v=ws.11).aspx

    make Sure thier is no strange startup programs in ur pc (which version uhas in windows 7 type msconfig.msc ) and startup and see if thier is strange programs running or not if u has windows 8 use task manager and check startup ...
