    CONTEST OPEN UNTIL ENOUGH VIDEOS TO COMPETE !

     

    RULES (common to the contests) : 

    - Everyone can participate (members and non-members)

    - Each winner will be qualifed for the final event 

    - if a player is a winner for 2 constests, the 2nd will be qualified

    - if a player posts two proofs, only the last one will be taken into account

    - I know for Best Funny Moment and Best Lucky Kill, that it doesn't occur a lot. So the video proof may be older than the contest period.

    Due to the limited number of responses on the topic http://noname.zone/index.php/topic/6982-cod4-christmas-contests/?mode=show, I decided to reduce the number of events. There will be 4 events, the 4 with the most votes on the poll.

    Hello nN Family !!


    I propose some Call Of Duty Contests ! During Christmas and New Year, all nN members will be contesting in a specific mission. Each winner will be qualifed for a final event, in which THE winner will won a surprise Steam Key from me !


    I hope beginning the small events by the end of the week. I need your help before that ! Feel free to answer the poll and propose new ideas in the comments. You have until Friday evening !
    I will then create the small contests based upon your desires.

    Constests :

    1 : Saturday-Sunday (19-20th)
    2 : Monday-Tuesday (21-22th)
    3 : Wednesday-Thursday (23-24th)
    Xmas Break
    4 : Saturday-Sunday (26-27th)
    5 : Monday-Tuesday (28-29th)
    6 : Wednesday-Thursday (30-31th)
    New Year Break
    7 : Saturday-Sunday (1st-2nd)

    FINAL : January Friday 8th @6p.m. UTC+0 (or any time and date that suits all the winners)

  19. Which Call of duty to buy?

    I don't like MW2 multi on PC due to the absence of dedicated servers.

     

    COD5 is nice for zombie mod but i would advise you to take COD more recent with zombie mod. 

    The last looks great and anti gravity spikes look fun. I would advise you to take the last.

     

    Your PC choise is great. The only thing i would ask you is how much hours you play a day and how many times a week you plan to take it with you?

     

    Let me explain. The PC you chose have great components, the best for gaming at this price. But the PC is thin and the weigh is contained. That's great if you plan to move it much, but it will also heat because the cooling system is also contained (due to the size).

    On Saturday the fifth was the last game in Gerland, the historic OL stadium.

    In 1910, the mayor of Lyon, Édouard Herriot, came up with the idea to develop and build a sports stadium with an athletics track and a velodrome in the city. In 1912, the stadium was officially mandated and local architect Tony Garnier was given the reins to designing and constructing it. Construction began in 1914 with hopes that the stadium would be completed before the International Exhibition of 1914. However, due to World War I, construction was temporarily halted, but resumed following the wars conclusion in 1919 with the assistance of a large number of German POWs. By 1920, the stadium was completely functional. In 1926, the Stade de Gerland was inaugurated by Herriot.

    Since 1950 the stadium has been home to French professional football club Olympique Lyonnais Olympique Lyonnais who play in Ligue 1, France's highest football division. Lyon moved into the stadium as a result of splitting from the Lyon Olympique Universitaire sport club, which played at the Stade des Iris. The record attendance for a Ligue 1 match is 48,552 for a derby match between Olympique Lyonnais and AS Saint-Étienne in 1982.

    After the club's relocation, we don't know what will become Gerland. Maybe its capacity will be reduced to host rugby games (local team LOU) or maybe it will be partially destroyed.

    OL will move to the new stadium in now 3 weeks !!

     

    So, Saturday fifth was the last game ! We did a nice celebration by inviting all OL players who played for the club, including legends like Sonny Anderson, Juninho, Cris, Bernard Lacombe, Coupet, Govou, and others !
