Hacks are seen well here, very many suspecious moments, but most of them could be explained by something. I watched this vieos 4 times before got sure that there is enough clear moments. I am suggesting you to take more video, if player hacking not too impertinently.
 
And as said in topic "READ FIRST - Ban Request format and rule": only one rule breaker by request. Will is violating rule 2 all the time as I know him, at least on current account he had 1 day ban for rule2 so now counting his awfull chatlogs it will be 7 day vacation, momo didn't said much - it's the only messages we can see on the 2nd video, sow I will not take action here. But the next time you should create another topics for different rule breakers.
