Unless its duo this microsoft issue I can't help you much. Apparently that's a known issue from one of the last windows 10 updates:
Steps to fix it:
- in search bar type in
- windows update settings
- view update history
- uninstall updates

It's a general problem with EA servers, their netcode is god awful since Anthem launched. Kinda makes me happy seeing them tumbling down like this but again I would love to play a game that's somewhat stable and not a complete mess most of the time.
