1050Ti beats 750Ti by a large margin. You'd be even better off with an radeon R9 200 series or nvidia 900 series card. Something like R9 280X or 290X. or GTX 960, GTX 970. all cheap and powerfull cards compared to the old 700 series

It's normal for the cards PCB to get hot, that's where the all of mosfets, vrm's and the gpu itself are. mid 40's to 50's is not bad at all temperature wise. older amd and all of intel's stock coolers are garbage so investing something like 30-50 bucks on a cooler is always great and 212 evo has the best bang for your buck and won't break your wallet. you can also play with fan curve in your nvidia control panel for your gpu by cranking up the fans a bit more, the...

Get some case fans and pump fresh air into the case so your components can breathe. I'm running two 120mm on the front and one 120mm in the back for exhaust.

is your CPU running stock cooler? If yes change that, i recommend coolermaster hyper 212 EVO. One more thing that can help a lot is to make sure your PC has enough airflow. But speaking of that i need to see what case you have.

Well you've been looking at it all wrong. Yes miners are responsible for GPU price increase by 3rd party vendors but the main problem is memory. GDDR5 and HBM2 is expensive as hell and still going up. Not to mention that just one thing considered in making of a graphics card. So MSRP prices all of the table however you look at it.
