This job requires a lot of duties and responsibilities. My choice will focus on three key factors for this role: activity, competence, trust. Of course, they will have to work with the actual leading staff (HA & me), in clever mood and permanent support. To be extremly clear, these positions require an unwavering commitment, in compliance with the three key factors, mentionned above.
