Use a paypal account and never send your bank account around internet, furthermore when you have no clue of who is behind your interlocutor.

But on paypal he can refound the transaction right?

It depends on how much info you have given. If it's just bank details and account number then no. If it includes any transaction password or codes, then you should change them immediately.

i haven't give any information to him atm that's why i'm asking but he's asking for this information:

IBAN (account number):

Postal Code:

Country:

E-mail:

Problem with such dealings is trust. If the website doesn't have a buyer/seller protection plan, it's risky.

 

Also, don't ship until the money is in your bank account. If you're dealing in an unprotected market, seller has the right for upfront payment.

But he can do something with my bank account if i give him it?

Hello, i'll explain you what's happening to me.

I'm selling my xbox with some games and someone contacted with me.

He asked meh for my bank account and more dates etc...

He's offering meh 190€ while i'm selling it for 130€ but he pay the shipping fee so it's not much suspicius.

When i asked where he live he told meh in USA WTF?

And i want to know if he can be a scammer coz i posted it on a spanish web where only spanish people post his offers and that sooo suspicius.

I didn't tell him any date from me so i'm waiting for your reply.
