See https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/minecraft-java-edition-1-16-2 In addition, we made the following changes:Re-opened the pre-1.16 world pluto as the server is now able to load itReset the nether (pluto)Reset the end (pluto)Update all plugins to the latest version It also means you are free to use all items in your /home list again. You can access the pre-1.16 world by using /warp lobby and walking into the portal on the left. Anything that was built on 1.16.1 has not been touched.
