The music industry went down the shitter in early to mid '00. I'm surprised you can actually find some new bands/artists that pay homage to the old days of whatever genre they are into. Pretty rare sight nowadays

Even at stock speeds and boost it's basically the same. What board do you have? H61 chipset? If you want to upgrade go used zen+ ryzen 5 cpu and x370/470 or b350/450, you can find them for dirt cheap. I payed 80 euros for mine X370 AsRock fatality that costs 320-350 euros new.

swapping an unlocked "K" chip for a locked i7 makes no sense. OC that i5 and you'll have the 3770

Well Intel answered to Zen2, 10nm Ice Lake, sunny cove cores, all new architecture, huge IPC improvements.......I love a healthy competition happening right now.

Look we are talking about musical instruments, epiphone is a good start (SG eats les paul for breakfast in that category) but we all know you'll end up owning at least 5-6 guitars until you realize you have a problem and all you wanted to do is learn how to play and take it slow :). It's how it goes in the music department, I've bought my first stratocaster with 1960's hohner contessa amp and stagg bass guitar

I personally prefer something along the likes of Ibanez, Warwick, Yamaha, Rickenbacker. They make superb stuff

Take a look at Epiphone SG-Special, Ibanez RG450DX, ESP LTD EC-256....Tho Les Paul's pretty good as well but for me it's just a brand and nothing else, there's better instruments than Gibson Les Paul out there.
