The minecraft server was lagging a lot and low tps issue until the server was restarted and plugins were updated. Spawn chunks are a 19x19 chunk area which are not unloaded by the server. I checked and there were some mob farms and other buildings in the loaded spawn chunks as all the spawn chunks are not claimed. If we remove everything from the spawn chunks, that is, no entities or farms just simple plain land, l think it will help in reducing lag. I have tried to mark the corners of the 19x19 chunk are with stone bricks and have suggested other players not to build anything within spawn c

If you can restart the server daily(when no one is playing or at a fixed time everyday), it will help in reducing lag.
