    Background:

    Shami_Hunjra told me to tp to him, I sent him the teleport request, he confirmed to have accepted it. The next thing that happened was me dying due to falling from height and when I entered '/back', I was teleported to a cave entrapped in a 4x2x1(made completely out of cobblestone) space with no tools. I broke through it(with my hands) to find myself in a cave surrounded by mobs. The only thing that concerns me is that I lost all my items and wasnt able to retrieve it whatsoever. I don't know whether it was some tp glitch or just some trickery.

      In the fifth image, as you can see i took the screenshots later , approximately 15 min later,when i was completely helpless.
