stelthii 606
Seconding what Scrappy said. When you get inexplicable vsync-like issues it's always one of the three: power mode, win10 shenanigans, gpu driver options. the issue is that nvidia panel is in greek and i cant find v sync optionΜα τα Ελληνικά είναι εÏκολα και κατανοητά!/s ΟÏίστε αγαπητÎ: Runny likes this

Razer 291
So I may just be an idiot here, but with my laptop, every game caps at 30 fps if it's not charging. As soon as I plug it in, every game runs at 60+ fps.

Razer 291
As far as I know, It's done so your battery doesn't get damaged. I recommend you play on your laptop when it's plugged in, and avoid playing when it's not. If you insist, I'm sure there is an option somewhere to turn the fps cap off, but it may not be beneficial for your laptop in the long run.
