QuickBreakdown 1948 Posted January 28, 2017 Report Share Posted January 28, 2017 Since the 16.12.2 driver update AMD is providing a new software called 'Relive'. It allows you to capture and stream in-game footage. For me, the update caused some serious problems after Relive was installed. Games became unplayable due to random FPS drops. The solution to this problem is simple: turn off XBOX game DVR. Follow the steps in the Steam guide here and it'll work fine again: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=6239-DZCB-8600.
