noName Server Issue

Hello everyone,

 

All services are back online.

 
We are currently experiencing an issue that affects all of our services since 18:26 GMT+2 .

• ARK
• CoD2
• CoD4
• Minecraft
• Teamspeak
• Team Fortress 2
• Echelon

It is being worked on and this topic will be updated with further information as it becomes available.
To remind you, our root server containing all of these services is maintained by OVH and in some cases we are dependent on them for physical interventions.
 
Timeline:

 

• 18:26:16: root server down
• 18:35:00: root server restarted and game servers coming back up
• 18:58:19: root server down
• 19:40:00: OVH intervention and server restarted
• 19:45:00: root server down awaiting second OVH response
• 20:18:00: second intervention completed. OS failure has been identified
• 20:26:00: start of OS reinstallation
• 20:54:00: start of restore
• 21:47:00: esentials restored

We have finished restoring our back-up from before the crash. All services are operational again.

• Minecraft world has been rolled back max 12 hours.
• B3 database is restored without loss due to recent changes in our back-up mechanism.
