      is your CPU running stock cooler? If yes change that, i recommend coolermaster hyper 212 EVO. One more thing that can help a lot is to make sure your PC has enough airflow. But speaking of that i need to see what case you have.

      Get some case fans and pump fresh air into the case so your components can breathe. I'm running two 120mm on the front and one 120mm in the back for exhaust.

      The case of the pc i pretty okd in fact its older then me :P
