Between 3:00 and 3:20 minuets into the video. I failed to notice that he called in an air raid, so when he was shooting at the tire and getting hit marks it didn't make sense at the time. My mistake. Sorry. But on the bright side, at least I finally got bandi cam to work so I can get the video's to the right place. :D I'll work on the choppy playback, although its smooth on my end. ;) Cheers!

Well, if he asks the oldest daughter a question 'is this the youngest one?' while pointing a finger at one of the two, he will know the answer. But that's only assuming that he knows that he's asking an oldest daughter. If I understood right, he doesn't know which one of the sister he asks a question, or am I wrong?

I don't see any obvious hack here, in fact it doesn't look like there's any cheat involved. While I'm very certain of the above, I'm not 100% sure. The video is too choppy.

cl_maxpackets, snaps and rate as qbd said are the usual suspects. Their values might be too low, the default values however are not that bad. So, does this happen in every server? Is it consistent? I see the lagometer on your video has some small, probably negligible spikes. Check cl_packetdup and +1 its value, it might help with the overall connection stability as well.

usual suspects are cl_maxpackets, snaps ... they have an increased max on COD4x . you can find the max value in the console
