This is the case for both TF2 & CoD4. Unless otherwise mentioned on our forums or status page (http://status.noname.zone), the servers are up. Alternatively, you may wait for a while and try refreshing, which will cause them to display fine again. Due to the nature of the issue, we cannot give any further information.
