Showing activity and dedication is what we are looking for.This includes being active in-game and on the forum. Being granted admin rights is something that comes with time and trust, not with a application form on the forum. 3 posts is not going to get you there I am afraid.So good luck, but I can already say; if you want to get accepted you need to bring something more to the table.
