He could have easily take a bunch of shots but from what I'm seeing there's no hack here. A lot of players ran pass his scope he didn't even notice. From my point of view he's pre-aiming the spot so he doesn't need to adjust when he pops out (it's not hard to learn where you need to pre-aim to make your reticle be on point when you pop out to take the shot), a lot of misses for a wallhack. I don't know, it's a no no from me and this comes from a guy (me) getting accused for hacking on a daily basis. I wouldn't have banned him, it's up for the reds.

 

EDIT: Checked once more, even if wallhack is involved in here there's not enough evidence in the proof, for me at least but I still doubt it.

I got this video 19.11. Day after I said to Scrappy to sheck him and sent him video he does ss and kicked him. Guy didn't show from that day. And I would say it's a clear wh cuz he stoped his breathing any time when he is about to shoot to already aimed player no matter if it smoke or wall. He following through it like you can see in demo.

No wallhack here, or at least not enough evidences for a ban. Many incoherences on wallhack usage.
