Hi.

i play pubg mobile on tencent gaming buddy. It runs good with no lag.

for some days i have been noticing that the emulator started using 100%cpu ingame and around 65%on when in lobby, before that it only used to consume around 70 or 80% cpu ingame.

i dont know where the problem is i have been tweeking settings but it has no effect on the cpu usage,

any of u who plays on tencent gaming buddy or anyone who knows whats happening..

Google didnt help much.

thanks

I personally don't like tencent because of their junkware and malware infested software so you can check in task manager if new background processes that weren't there before did appear while you launch the app or game.

Id run both to be on the safe side and hitman pro is also a good tracker and tace detector
Id recommend uninstalling the software and reinstalling it
95% of cpu usage isnt normal
I would also check what services and processes are running in the background you might want to stop services that dont need to be running
Also check appdata folder for suspicious folder that shouldnt be there
Thats form of malware that isnt properly removed

Im srsly pissed off.
Tried to reinstall emulator it downloaded pubg, took around 2 hours (slow internet) and after completing 100% it just started again. Wasted my 2hours for nothing. Fricking tencent developers. I have uninstalled it for now and will install the chinese version tomorrow.

Ok i reinstalled it, was srsly a nightmare.
And the problem still persists.
I was wondering if turning on clu virtualization might have an effect? Currently cpu virtualization is off.
