I know demos are not allowed but I don't have a youtube video.I didn't have a recording program and  i didn't want to let a hacker walk. All you should need to ban a player is proof or am i wrong?

You're right in the sense that all we need is proof to be able to ban a player, but the rule has been for years: External sites (except YouTube or similar) and demo files are not allowed.

Either another admin checks the file out or the alledged hacker gets put on the wanted list and nothing happens for now. I just wanted to make clear that we don't accept demo files (even though you already know that).

I'd recommend getting a recorder like Fraps or OBS for the future.

Hello.

As @Razer said the rule states that only videos are accepted and not demos. In BR's, the proof needs to be public and easily accessible by everyone. Also, YouTube or other streaming sites provide the user with various easy to use features like slow motion/fast forward/rewind/forward and so on that are infinitely more easier to use via the interface there than having to type various commands and toggle through different values in the game's in - built demo player. That would be my personal interpretation for as to why such a rule exists.

Any screen recorder will do, no issues. Also, if you're troubled about ending up with a large file, you can compress that into a much smaller file size with minimal loss in quality. Many people (myself included) use HandBrake. A freeware app that does a great job at making sure you end up with the smallest file size possible with as little as possible quality loss. Check it out if it interests you.

Moving on to the actual BR, I have also converted your demo into a video(See below) and uploaded, before I saw @Nomad had done the same thing.

It's an obvious wallhacker, who is also now banned!
