It won't be a full game but it will contain first two missions, 12 escalation missions, Holiday Hoarders mission, Vampire Magician Challenge Pack DLC, Secret Santa Challenge pack DLC and access to all of the elusive targets in Paris. Once picked up it will remain in your library forever just to clarify.
