Got the idea for a little topic since I started reading again. Not something that I'm proud off but I've been a slave of the virtual world for too much time, replaced paper with a monitor, book with a PC.

I was a big fan of Nietzsche, H.P. Lovecraft, Franz Kafka, Dostoyevsky, Tolstoy, Tom Clancy, Clive Barker, Stephen King, Poe....

Recently I downloaded the full Warhammer Horus Heresy e-book set of 45 books altogether (yeah still on PC and not paper, 21st century don't judge). I'm currently on chapter 1, Horus Rising and it's freaking amazing.

So what are your favorite books, authors?

I was a ravenous reader when I was 15-16-17.

Fantasy, science fiction, thriller and historical novel was my passion.

Tolkien, Licia Troisi, Christopher Paolini, J.K. Rawling

Asimov, VAlerio massimo Mandredi, Dan Brown, Ken Follet, Stephen king and so ON.

I really really love books, they make me live another life, when i want and as long as i wish. Books were my evasions from what i dislike in life.

Nowdays i'm still a reader, not so ravenous as i was earlier but i'm still a good one.

We all grow up one day or another but books allow us to be younger...I think it's called peter pan syndrome ^^

Anyway books can teach, books can make  better than technology can sometimes.

I was and still am a fan of books. Greatly enjoying the work of authors such as Dickens, Hugo, Poe, Tolstoy, Verne, Dostoyevsky among numerous others.

A few years ago, I had the pleasure to find what is now my all time favourite piece of literature. Les Misérables. Amazing, touching story full of feels. Definitely recommended to everyone.

Also as a young kid, I enjoyed reading the Le petit Nicolas series by René Goscinny and Jean-Jacques Sempé. Hilarious books, very light hearted and nowadays always making me reminisce of my childhood.
