No Sound After Installing Drivers

I need help someone , I upgraded my PC yesturday and had to install new drivers once i did that i have no sound at all my mic still works but no sound ive searched the internet and tried everything and no fix there was sound before i installed the new drivers 

 

i installed Geforce game ready drive version 385.41 as my games where not working , now they do but no sound

Tell me which component upgrade(graphic card/audiocard/ram) and which drivers you installed.

 

Try to reintall sudio drivers from mobo's cd if u have a new rif or search it on web.

I upgreaded my grahics card , as my cdom doesnt open for unknown reasons i went here https://www.geforce.com/drivers and downloaded the version Geforce gaming ready driver version 385.41 after this all my games started working again but my sound has gone

Try to reinstall audio drivers.

 

If you don't have an external audio card find your motherboard model and search audio drivers.

Type dxdiag in [windows -> search] and press "send all information". You will get a .txt file with your pc specs. Pls send it here

The main problem started at the lazy computer store (Fives wanted a new graphic card in his desktop) They didn't even bother to remove the old amd drivers.Just plugged the nvidia gtx1050 ti in and install drivers. The amd were still live when pc booted...

 

Next problem

Fives wanted to update the drivers of his gpu, since no games wanted to run (older drivers). For GTX1050ti you have 2 versions, NOTEBOOK and DESKTOP.Fives picked the wrong one ;) (sorry mate hahaahahah) Then we needed to install the right one, but nvidia gave errors on that, drivers coudn't uninstall (needed to reboot pc, after that it said reboot pc (looping) Program CCleaner fixed the registry keys so we could uninstall it.Next we installed realtek HD audio driversand after that the Nvidia desktop driversStill no sound ... opened sound settings, saw that we had 3 things to select for speakers. Set realtek speakers to main speakersWhoop Whoop there is the noise back ;)Happy gaming again Fives

I blame my friend for sending me the link to the NOTEBOOK but also my fault for not reading it said NOTEBOOK xD I had been gaming for a day without sound and it's finally back Dettie the hero ;)

When I remove gpu drivers I always use a DDU

is this problem solved yet? if not message me and get teamviewer and i can take a look at your pc and i belive i will be able to fix this issue for you fairly easily :)
