TITANFALL 2

Bring down the sky yet again in the fast-paced warfare of the sequel to Titanfall, featuring multiplayer and for the first time a single-player campaign that puts you in the shoes of soldier Jack Cooper, accompanied by a sentient robot companion.
 
In single player, Titanfall 2 will deliver an experience that explores the unique bond between man and machine. Playable offline, the single player campaign in Titanfall 2 will let fans step out onto The Frontier as a Militia rifleman with aspirations of becoming an elite Pilot.
Stranded behind enemy lines and facing overwhelming odds, players must team up with a veteran Titan to uphold a mission they were never meant to carry out.
 
In multiplayer, Respawn is continuing to evolve their best-in-class gameplay to provide a more robust experience that delivers expanded depth and variety that includes six new Titans, deeper Pilot abilities, more customization options, and a robust progression system that is sure to satisfy fans.

SINGLEPLAYER

 
 
This time around, the game will feature a full campaign, told from the perspective of soldier Jack Cooper. He will be working alongside his Titan. An emphasis was made on the Titan, which has an AI inside it, giving it a basic personality type.
 
Various new enemies were shown off as well. Some looking more mechanical, like robotic bugs and soldiers, while others looked like they were from nature, like large winged dragonoids.

MULTIPLAYER

 
 
In a new multiplayer highlight reel, shown at E3 2016, we saw that the Titanfall 2 multiplayer has undergone some upgrades. Characters now have more mobility options, highlighted predominantly by the new Grappling Hook. You can attach it to both walls and people to get yanked towards them.
 
Not only are there new skills and weapons, but we were told that there are now 6 new Titans. Whether these are returning old ones, or completely new ones is unclear at this time.
 
New powerful skills were also shown, such as the black hole skill a soldier used, that trapped nearby enemies in a vacuum, making them easy targets. A titan was also shown firing a massive laser from it's chest.

TITANS

 
 
 
The Titans are the huge, walking mechs that you control in Titanfall 2. Unlike in Titanfall where Titans could be summoned after a set period of time, pilots must earn their Titans in Titanfall 2 by taking out enemies and completing objectives.
 
Titanfall 2 featues six different types of Titans.

Each Titan has its own voice, personality, and four abilities in addition to their primary weapon. Every Titan has one ordnance ability, tactical ability, defensive ability, and a core ability that charges before it can be used.
 
 
ION
 
Ion has a more tactical kit, and brings back an ability familiar to the Titans in the first Titanfall.

Primary Weapon: Splitter Rifle - Rapid single-fire energy rifle with the ability to leverage the Ion’s central energy system to fire three shots at once.

SCORCH
 
Scorch, or Scorched Earth, is an offensive Titan with a specialization in fire-based weaponry.

Primary Weapon: T-203 Thermite Launcher – Single shot thermite projectiles that set ablaze anything within range.

RONIN
 
This Titan uses its speed to get close to enemies, strike, then retreat. It doesn't have a ton of armor, so it needs to deal its damage quickly.

Primary Weapon: Leadwall Shotgun – High power, low capacity shotgun that bounces off walls.

NORTHSTAR
 
Northstar is another fast striker. Armed with a sniper, Northstar's abilities allow her to move quickly between cover and trap her enemies.

Primary Weapon: Plasma Railgun – A sniper railgun that charges while zoomed.

Primary Weapon: Predator Cannon – Powerful minigun with a long spin-up time before it starts firing.

Primary Weapon: Tracker 40mm - The 40mm Tracker Cannon shoots semi-automatic explosive rounds that aquire partial lock-on to their targets.
